1. Toepasselijkheid
Door gebruik te maken van de website van Bes-Hop Studios of door een dienst bij ons aan te vragen, ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
2. Offertes en scope van werkzaamheden
Offertes en voorstellen zijn gebaseerd op de scope die op dat moment is besproken. Tenzij anders vermeld, is een offerte 14 dagen geldig. Aanvullend werk, extra revisies of wijzigingen buiten de afgesproken scope kunnen leiden tot een aangepaste offerte of extra kosten.
3. Betalingsvoorwaarden
Betalingsafspraken staan vermeld in de offerte of factuur. Tenzij schriftelijk anders is afgesproken, geldt een betaaltermijn van 14 dagen na factuurdatum.
Of een aanbetaling nodig is, hangt af van de omvang en complexiteit van het project. Kleine websites, zoals eenvoudige projecten van 1-2 pagina's, vereisen normaal gesproken geen aanbetaling, tenzij dit in de offerte anders staat. Bij grotere of meer maatwerkprojecten kunnen wij vooraf een aanbetaling vragen. Als een aanbetaling van toepassing is, plannen of starten wij het werk pas nadat deze is ontvangen.
Bij te late betaling kunnen wij werkzaamheden pauzeren, levering uitstellen of ondersteuning opschorten totdat het openstaande bedrag is voldaan.
4. Revisies en feedback
Offertes bevatten alleen de revisies of aanpassingen die specifiek voor het project zijn afgesproken. Tijdige feedback van de klant is nodig om een project op schema te houden.
5. Verantwoordelijkheden van de klant
De klant is verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig aanleveren van correcte informatie, content, goedkeuringen en feedback. Vertraging hierin kan invloed hebben op planning en oplevering.
6. Oplevering en acceptatie
Wij leveren het afgesproken werk zoals redelijk omschreven in de geaccepteerde offerte of projectafspraak. Na oplevering dient de klant het werk tijdig te controleren en eventuele afgesproken correcties binnen redelijke termijn te melden.
7. Intellectueel eigendom
Tenzij schriftelijk anders afgesproken, gaan intellectuele eigendomsrechten op de definitieve oplevering pas over na volledige betaling van alle openstaande facturen die op dat werk betrekking hebben. Bes-Hop Studios behoudt het recht om afgerond werk in het portfolio te tonen, tenzij anders afgesproken.
8. Annulering en beëindiging
Beide partijen mogen een project annuleren of beëindigen. In dat geval blijft de klant verplicht om reeds uitgevoerd werk, bestede tijd en al gemaakte externe kosten te betalen.
9. Gebruik van de website
Je mag deze website alleen voor rechtmatige doeleinden gebruiken.
Het is niet toegestaan om ongeautoriseerde toegang te proberen te krijgen tot enig onderdeel van de website.
Inhoud op deze website is uitsluitend informatief en mag niet zonder toestemming worden gekopieerd of hergebruikt.
10. Aansprakelijkheid
Bes-Hop Studios is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte of gevolgschade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de website of uit vertragingen, onderbrekingen of storingen bij derde partijen, tenzij aansprakelijkheid op grond van toepasselijk recht niet kan worden uitgesloten.
11. Wijzigingen
Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden op elk moment aanpassen. Wijzigingen worden op deze pagina gepubliceerd.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Bes-Hop Studios website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Quotes and Scope of Work
Project proposals and quotes are based on the scope discussed at the time of the request. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 14 days. Any additional work, extra revisions, or changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or separate charge.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
Whether an advance payment is required depends on the size and scope of the project. Small websites, such as simple 1-2 page projects, will generally not require an advance payment unless stated otherwise in the quote. For larger or more custom projects, we may request an advance payment before work starts. Where an advance payment applies, work may be scheduled or started only after the payment has been received.
If payment is late, we may pause ongoing work, delay delivery, or postpone support until the outstanding amount has been paid.
4. Revisions and Feedback
Quotes normally include only the revisions or adjustments specifically discussed for the project. Timely feedback from the client is necessary to keep a project on schedule.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, required content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in these may affect project timing and delivery.
6. Delivery and Acceptance
We will deliver the agreed work as reasonably described in the accepted quote or project agreement. After delivery, the client should review the work promptly and report any agreed corrections within a reasonable time.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property rights in the final deliverables transfer to the client only after full payment of all outstanding invoices relating to that work. Bes-Hop Studios retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
8. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may cancel or terminate a project. In that case, the client remains responsible for payment of work already completed, time already spent, and any third-party costs already incurred.
9. Use of Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.
Content on this website is for informational purposes and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bes-Hop Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or from delays, interruptions, or third-party service failures, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
